Using our self service machines
Answer
To borrow from our self-service machines:
1. Click Borrow on screen
2. Enter your Student ID number*
3. Place the books on the surface under the screen.
4. The titles will appear on screen. Check that all of the books have registered.
5. Click 'Done'. You will get an email to confirm the books you have borrowed and the due date.
*You can also ask for a barcode sticker to be added to your ID card, which you can scan to make entering your ID quicker. Please come to the Library desk when Library staff are present: usually weekdays 9am – 7pm, and Saturday 10am – 5pm. Security guards, who monitor the Library outside of these times, cannot provide you with a barcode.
